We are pleased to say that the Abbey Grounds can open under the new lockdown rules.
From Wednesday 4th November the Abbey Grounds will be open four days a week, until 21st November.
Our opening hours will be Wednesday to Saturday 11am-4pm. We will be closed from Sunday to Tuesday.
You may visit as one household or support bubble.
An individual may visit with one person from another household, plus babies and children under school age.
As indoor spaces must remain closed we cannot open the crypt or museum.
You are welcome to bring a picnic.
Dogs are welcome too (on leads please).
How encouraging it has been to see so many visitors enjoying the Abbey Grounds over the past few weeks.
From 2nd -21st November we will be open for four days a week: Wednesday-Saturday 11am-4pm. (Closed Sunday-Tuesday).
We close for the winter on 21st November, we hope to reopen as usual for snowdrops at the end of January 2021.
We are pleased to be able to reopen on Saturday 4th July. We will be open from that date with our usual hours for this time of year, which are daily, 11am-4pm.
